Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.


🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States:
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International:
International orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the originating fulfillment center.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs, high demand, or other unforeseen global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to make a change? You can:

  • Cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at sveloura@gmail.com with the subject: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Update your address within 24 hours of placing your order. After shipping, changes can no longer be made.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make two delivery attempts before returning your package to us.


💥 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
Email us at sveloura@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
